About

Women deserve clearer ways to understand their bodies

Meia Lab is an AI-powered women's health intelligence platform. It helps women interpret symptoms, daily check-ins, and Five Signal patterns over time. It is not diagnostic and does not replace medical care.

Why Meia Lab exists

Too many women are told that everything is normal when they still feel unwell. Labs can look fine while daily life feels harder: energy dips, brain fog, sleep disruption, cycle changes, and slower recovery stacking on top of one another without a clear way to explain it.

On one side, wellness content offers vague reassurance. On the other, clinical appointments are often short, fragmented, and difficult to enter with a full picture. Meia Lab exists in the space between: a calm, evidence-informed layer that helps women interpret what their bodies are trying to tell them.

A pattern interpretation layer

Meia Lab does not claim to replace doctors or deliver clinical conclusions. It helps women connect symptoms across the Five Signals, track patterns over time, and prepare for better conversations with healthcare professionals.

The goal is not more noise. It is clearer language, longitudinal context, and practical support when you need to advocate for yourself in a system that was not always built with women's lived experience at the centre.

Founder note

The founder of Meia Lab has worked across health policy, clinical operations, education, brand strategy, and women's health innovation. Meia Lab was built from the belief that women deserve clearer ways to understand what their bodies are trying to tell them.

What we are building

A platform where assessment, daily check-ins, pattern intelligence, and appointment preparation work together. Where science-aware design meets respectful language. Where women can feel informed, not alarmed, and prepared, not alone.

Meia Lab is evidence-informed. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace qualified healthcare professionals.
