Access your data
You can request a copy of the personal information Meia Lab holds about you, subject to applicable law and identity verification.
Correct your data
If information we hold is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request a correction through your account where available or by contacting us.
Request export
You can download a machine-readable copy of your Meia Lab data from Account. You may also contact data@meialab.com if you need help with an access request.
Request deletion
You can delete your Meia Lab account from Account after verifying your email. Associated health information is removed. Payment and tax records may remain with our payment provider where legally required, and a minimal anonymous deletion record may also remain.
Withdraw from emails
If you receive optional marketing or newsletter emails from Meia Lab, you can unsubscribe using the link in the message or by contacting us.

How to make a request
Send an email to data@meialab.com with:
- Your full name
- The email address linked to your Meia Lab account, if you have one
- A clear description of your request
- Any relevant dates or product details that help us locate your data
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before completing certain requests. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and within any period required by applicable law.
