What Meia Lab provides

Meia Lab provides a digital platform for women's health pattern interpretation, including assessments, Five Signals readings, daily check-ins, dashboards, reports, and appointment preparation materials. Features may vary by product tier and may change over time as we improve the service.

Not medical advice

Meia Lab is evidence-informed and is not a medical device. Content, readings, reports, and AI-generated summaries are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in Meia Lab.

Emergency warning

Meia Lab is not for emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or seek immediate in-person care.

Eligibility

Meia Lab is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement or have appropriate permission where required by law.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Assessment and reports

Outputs are generated from the information you provide and from automated interpretation systems. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for how you use Meia Lab outputs and for decisions you make with qualified professionals.

Payments

Paid access is offered as a recurring Meia Lab subscription at the prices shown at checkout, currently £3.99 per month or £39 per year (two months free on the annual plan). Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. By completing checkout, you authorise the applicable recurring charge for the plan selected.

Digital product access

A subscription unlocks the full Meia Report, appointment prep, trends, report history detail, and deeper pattern interpretation. Access to these paid features continues while the subscription is active. Meia Lab may modify feature availability where reasonably necessary for maintenance, safety, or product improvement.

Refunds

Refund handling depends on the product purchased and is described at checkout or available by contacting hello@meialab.com. We aim to handle refund requests fairly and in line with applicable consumer law.

User responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge
• Use Meia Lab lawfully and respectfully
• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• Do not use Meia Lab outputs as a substitute for clinical care

Intellectual property

Meia Lab and its content, branding, software, and design are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit Meia Lab materials without our written permission.

AI-generated content limitations

Some Meia Lab content is generated with AI assistance. AI outputs can be imperfect and should be reviewed thoughtfully. They are not clinical conclusions and should not be relied on as such.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Meia Lab available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meia Lab is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not accept liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
