Small team, unreasonable standards
Meia Lab is early stage. There is no wall of open roles here because we would rather list nothing than list vacancies we are not ready to fill properly. What we can tell you is what it is like to build here, so you can decide whether to introduce yourself.
What we are building
A serious interpreter of women's biology: conversational assessment, longitudinal pattern intelligence, and clinical preparation, engineered with the care that health data demands. The bar we hold is that every sentence the product produces should survive review by a good clinician, and every engineering decision should survive review by a good security engineer.
How we work
Deliberately. Safety systems are layered, not assumed. Copy is written to a voice standard, not generated to fill space. We document decisions so the reasoning outlives the meeting. It is a demanding way to build, and it is the only way a product like this earns the right to exist.
Who we want to meet
People who have done real work in women's health, clinical practice, AI and machine learning, product and design, research synthesis, privacy and security engineering, or health writing that respects its reader. Evidence of craft matters more than the shape of your CV.
